You could also just make a folder named ".minecraft" in your %appdata% directory, then make a folder named "saves" and shove the map into there.

It sounded like you were telling me that my initial solution wasn't what OP was looking for, instead of showing OP how to create a faux-minecraft directory.

I do not have mineceaft

I tried so much to use MCEDIT but it doesnt work without minecraft, If you know how to get around it, can u explain more or make a tutorial???

Your OS shouldn't make a difference in this process, considering the fact that I've relied on this method for several years on every version of Windows released after XP.
Please describe what you mean by "Mine doesn't do this".

As soon as I open MC edit, it tells me to download Minecraft

It doesnt give me any options to open stuff

Tell me, where did you get this version of MCEdit? Because I just installed MCEdit on a fresh Windows VM, and it's not giving me that error.
