Thank you, but to me, it looks like it needs improvement and I just can't seem to be able to find the mistakes, so therefore I am asking for criticism.

Wait a minute, this wallpaper is called "Foggy" for a reason, it's suppose to look like that.

I think even in a foggy scene the light sources should be visible.

I just couldn't get it to be light, still trying

just take the cube or what ever is the "light" and turn the brightness all the way up.
