runtime error Runtime Error?

I am in the latest version of mine imator and have deleted the folder in appdata.  It worked earlier, but not everytime i open it it gives me a runtime error.  How do I fix it?

I had this error. I don't know which of these is the solution but I went into msconfig (windows+r) and disabled all non-microsoft services. This is called a clean or secure boot (I think). I also uninstalled the preinstalled mcafee anitvirus because the subscription was over and I was tired of the notifications to renew service. I do not reccomend doing this unless your subscription is over and have a replacement program.

NEVER EVER delete ANYTHING in appdata! That's where you messed up.

TOO LATE..........but you fully allow to delete the Temp folder, since that folder is useless.
