Try having the foot not clip through the stair when possible, it really doesn't add that sense of reality to the cycle, and add transitions to the upper body to also give it a sense of realism.

I hardly even exist anymore and the file has been since deleted from existence as well. Lmao surprised anybody would even look at this but don't bump topics.
