I think there was an issue with the Parenting on the sword. And, you should really consider making your characters less stiff. No one stands perfectly straight and moves only one body part doing anything.

... Also, it's spelled anime.

You're right. But I am not too good at animating like the pros.

I get that you're joking, but I'm not looking for Bends, I'm looking for coinciding movements.

Kylec animated the characters with dynamic movements so that there was never a time one limb was moving without the entire body reacting to it. At the start, they were purposely made static for dramatic and ironic purposes, so not a single part moved.
