Great rig, but I want to suggest a few things that'd make it better. First is the EYES. They are REALLY unsettling, so maybe try eyes the size of a pixel, or just experiment a bit with what looks good. Also, the mouth looks like it's constantly open...

Well. This is because the skin, I do not see any reason to do facial rig. I don't like to face the rig.  I am a supporter of the skins in a mine-imator.
The eyes do not have turned out. But they can be easily changed.
