Help Needed (3D Hair)

Hey Guys!

So recently I've started getting into more 'intense' animating but I've been struggling With 3D hair! 

So rather than the basic Flat hairier been looking to make hair that sticks out and is 3D in different places!

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make it or if they have a Rig or present for 3D hair (Where I'm able to change the skin of the character) Or if anyone would like to partnership with me so I send them the skin and then make a rig or  present for the hair! 

You would be getting a lot of publicity on Social media like Twitter and YouTube

 

If you know a way how or if you have a rig or present please tell me in the comments or leave a link down there ?
