Umm I wanna know how to make my rigs not to be steve or alex since I'm making an animaiton give away  so if anyone knows how do i make my skin or a skin become a rig pls help

you'll maybe need to download paint.net, look at the steve skin and use it as an example and modify your own skin to look like the steve one.

He means Paint.net, not paint. http://www.getpaint.net/download.html#download

 Its free and very good.

 

To change the skin, download the skin you want as a picture (The picture of the skin should look something like this: 

Then go into Mine-imator, click on the Crafting table, click on the icon that looks like a player and in the drop-down list press 'Browse' and get your skin.

Finally, click on the rig and where there are Position, Rotation, Scale etc. there should be one called 'Texture' and change the skin!
