One of the things that stand out is the fire, you can change the brightness of the fire up more so it looks like its creating the light.

How to die in the zombie apocalypse: Light a fire in the middle of a zombie-infested city, in the middle of a four-way intersection, where you have no shelter at all, and go to sleep. 

It's a nice wallpaper though.

Try adding DoF to focus on what the user is supposed to see.

You can also shrink the coal and food down to to half its size to look more practical.
