Export video Glitch plz Help!

HELP i dont know what to do!! I've been working on this animation for several weeks its just tho like a minute long and now im trying to render it and save it to my editor movie maker but the video keeps glitching like ot corrupted or something. But how??? Its version 1.0.3 and I've done other videos on that clip. I even tried uploading to youtube it to see if it was my computer and it uploaded! But still the video didnt improve...

ooooh, simple try converting it into an mp4 file if it already is a mp4 file after mm just convert it the mp4 from mm is kinda bad. happened to me too here's a link to a vid converter: http://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp4 click on choose file and select it then scroll down and click on convert file. it'll download itself
and i think itll work better. if it doesnt work tell me.
