Broken Movie Files?

I made an animation, like normal, and i exported it, like normal. but it glitches when i make it. it does everything right, but when i save, it makes weird effects pop up.

It might help if you convert your '.mpg' to '.mp4' or '.avi', or to download and use VLC Media Player.

Right now, from what I see, it doesn't look like there's anything wrong with the file?
Perhaps you could take screenshots of when the glitch occurs?
