Some criticisms:

It's really bland without scenery. No action movie takes place in a flatgrass area.

It doesn't fit the movie poster style unless it shows something the movie is significant for. If these people are significant, and I assume in an action movie style, why isn't there any visible action happening? And what would this relate to the "movie" itself?

I know this would sound mean, but I don't mean it to be. Look at some movie posters first to get an idea of what they are like. Action movie posters specifically. De construct the whole poster to it's roots and work with an idea of that beforehand.
