How do you apply a skybox

i have seen a wallpaper with a skybox, 

the texture looks like this 

 

and i just want to apply it to my animation

You cannot typically do this in Mine-imator. I do however have a skybox rig with this very skybox being used under the name 'above the sea'

What is basically is, is a set of surfaces making up an inside-out cube. You basically apply each face of the skybox to the corresponding surface. It's pretty dang easy to do actually.

Tips: Turn off clouds and fog for best effect. They can interrupt how the skybox looks.

You can't apply cube skyboxes with the default mineimator skybox settings, but there is a rig from, I think it was ÜberKiller, with which you can use skyboxes like the one you showed.

I've actually been wondering this for a while too.
