Constructive criticism?

Lets start with the walk cycle, it needs to be less like he has arms and legs with no joints. I suggest watching or reading one of the hundreds of tutorials on walking or running. Second, as a problem with many different animations the shadows and atmosphere are very boring, but fear not as there exist a few different tutorials on getting the most out of your lighting. The third problem with the animation, and I cant stress this enough. USE A BACK GROUND SCHEMATIC! And finally, you need to add more realism to your movements. I hope this helps and I hope I didn't sound mean or too cynical  ;)
