Just hit the window thing on your list of stuff scroll down hit spoiler and put stuff in. checkmark the poll box

Spoilers are typed like so:

[spoiler] insert stuff here [/spoiler]

Looks like this

As for polls, select manage topic polls on the upper right-hand side:

and this will show up.

Here you can make a poll and edit it
