Pros:

You tried

The backpack is nicely shaped

Cons: 

You only added fingers and a backpack

The fingers are the wrong color

You used overlays rather than textures.

Honestly, knowing jimmy's history, he doesn't really take that much advice unless it is way too easy for it too be really good, like he has used paint.net or something so he can texture, but then he just kinda thought it was too hard and stopped, and he has used 1.0.0 before as well, but then he just stopped because it was too hard. He is not gonna take the advice, he may one day but currently, he has only shown a few signs of taking what others think into consideration but then he just stops.
