Can't find projects once saves. Where are they stored?

It says it all in the title. Every time I save a project, when I next open Mine-imator and click 'open project' I can't find that project, and there is no folder I can see where they are stored. Can someone please help me?

Look in C:\Users\<username>\Mine-imator\Projects

isn't it in the folder you installed mineimator (at least v3) in?
