Suggestion Enchantment effect

i'm tired of using the overlay to make the enchantment effect so how about you could just apply an enchantment effect on items, blocks or even characters?

There could be an enchantment tickbox for items, to enable a fancy-shmancy glow.

Another idea, very similar. It would be really cool to see an "overlay" panel that you could add onto any object to create cool effects. An option to choose an image, an option to animate it, and the image opacity. Not only could enchantments be done with this, but charged creepers could be created, and maybe beacon beams.

The only downside to this is that newer users might be confused by this and won't be able to make an enchantment effect if they wanted to. A way to combat this is to add a presets section. That would be awesome!

2. mabye we'll just put all the confusing stuff in a section named 'advanced', that way the 'advanced' things will be there and newer users could do whatever they want
