but one problem I saw that by putting the shadows produced lag.

Unless you have a NASA computer, the shadows will cause some lag. You can animate without any lag in "low-quality" mode and finally render the .avi in "high-quality" with shadows.

Mine-imator have the option of static shadow and soft shadow? 
or an option to change color shadows?

You can change the ambient (shadow) color. I'll probably add a shadow softness option.

 

Will there be a preset for explosion particles?
