These seem like they are from HD texture packs. but I cannot confirm since the skins are rather random.

 

They look really awesome, but the skeleton ones have a rather cartoony face. Also please post pictures of the whole skins being used because I'm not too sure about these..

His name is Gray Fox and he's awesome. Metal Gear Solid was one of my favorite games growing up.

They're all from the Von Doom Texture Pack. (Atleast I think that's what it's called)
