  1. Two of mane sprites for my future animation for channel.
  2. This has been my little project over the past week or so. I haven't seen anyone take on the task of making a movie accurate R2-D2 rig, with all of his gadgets so I figured I'd give it my go! He's based specifically off of the original Radio Controlled model seen in A New Hope, hence the black and blue holo-projector in the front and the single silver panel in the back. Also, yes. This is in work in progress, because you need a download to put it in rigs, and I'm also not sure yet if I want to release him, but I did want to show him around. So far, he features the following. -Fully animated (Rotating dome, moving legs, etc) -All doors open (even ones that don't open in the movies!) -All gadgets (Minus ones from Clone Wars or his Rocket Boosters. Minecraft flames wouldn't look right!) -Authentic Light systems (The logic screens are animated, and his light fades out like it's supposed to.) -Third leg (It wouldn't be Artoo without it.) His planned accessories are: -Parascope (Seen in The Empire Strikes Back when he falls into the swamp) -Life Form Scanner (Seen in The Empire Strikes Back in the beginning when they wait for Luke) -Buzz Saw (Used in return of the Jedi, to free the heroes from the net trap) -Gripper Arm (He uses this arm to fight Yoda over the flashlight) -CPU Arm (The arm he uses to plug into doors and control panels) -Taser (In multiple movies, though most noticeably used in Revenge of the Sith, to kill the buzz droid) -Drink Server (Return of the Jedi, Jabbas Sail Barge) -Side Arms (I believe he uses these to press a button in A New Hope but I could be mistaken. You should be able to find them in a reference.) Have a look for yourself!
  3. So if you remember back then, i posted a teaser trailer for the upcoming Steve vs other players video... Yeah, the motivation was lost midway due to 'internal suppression' from my parents... so the video is resting in the limbo for months, and decided to upload Hagus' part just now, Ghatos' part had some small progress but project has stopped there. But here we go nonetheless. The video is supposed to be low-quality up until the fight scene, which i devoted my time, skill, and motivation solely on the later part, those were 2 different videos merged together with premiere, and the low-quality video is lost. @Hagus @Ghatos @TexasTony04 @_Blue @Gfamleit @Glitch Block Studios Sorry for that anti-climactic battle Hagus, that one was very intended and not because of low motivation, high ground or not, Steve is just too skilled for you, lol. The same would happen to the rest if the video actually finish. The video was scrapped, i got something else in the works, can i use your skins as the same player who will attack steve AT ONCE? I can't promise whether it's finished or not, but i've set up a new formula to keep my motivation flowing steadily and i hope it works.
  4. Hey guys! Haven't posted in a while. Here's a simple wallpaper that showcases some of the stuff I'm working on. Namely: A new realistic model (will do some finishing touches before uploading) Add-ons for my M4A1/AR-15 rig (cartridge & sights, will upload too) Posing. I really need to work on posing. Set and camera work. Whatever the correct terms are. Any feedback, be it kind or harsh, is appreciated as long as it helps guide me on what and what not to do.   5. I made this project about a month ago and decided to ditch it, but then as i was scrolling through my project files and saw this project and decided to render it. Although I have no plans to finish it, If i were given any motivations at all I might PROBABLY decide on finishing the animation I know there are a lot of errors in this animation but hey i might fix it
  6. Some animation test. I call this as unfinished, because I failed at improving it, in other words - I can't make it better. Anyways, I hope I won't get downvotes at this. Criticism is appreciated, as always.

  9. Ok, so I started this project a few months back. I worked on it for around 4 days, with 7 clips in total up to where I got to. Things were going well, then I quit because of school work. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IF YOU WANT TO HELP ME I'm thinking of continuing it, but looking back, some clips could use improvement. The clips I feel need help are: The cave walking scene, and the diamond scene first off, the cave scene is atrocious. I think this is the part of the animation where I started to get lazy. Time: (0:58) The things that bother me are the lighting. The torch is giving off the light, and if I turn the range of the torch down, the torch seems to be way too dim to make sense, but with the range up, there are so many unaccounted shadows that make the clip look messy. I know his second land was pretty unnatural, but this is something that I believe I could fix on my own in the future. Another thing that bothers me with this clip is that I don't really know how to make an angular walking pattern. I'm not bragging or anything, but I have gotten my walking pattern good enough for me to live with forwards and sideways. When my walking pattern is diagonal, I have to do really basic math to get it the same way. But I'm completely lost when I have to make him walk at an angle that is neither straight or diagonal, and I have to find the hypotenuse and shet to make him walk normally. I would have preferred him walking this way in the animation, but I didn't really feel confident and I made him walk diagonally instead. I really wish that mine-imator would allow position relative to the object, that way anyway Steve is going, I could make him walk straight. Secondly, the clip at the very end with the diamond, the same thing happens with the torch. The light kind of makes everything look messy (1:05) and what really disturbed me is the frikken DOF. My computer sucks real bad, and I wasn't able to test the graphics in real-time including the dof while I was animating, so I was forced to render the clip again and again, only the last part of course. But when the DOF slides from Steve to the diamond, there are so many messy lines that make the animation look poorly made. I tried all types of things and nothing could make the DOF move slowly, from blurred to non blurred. I'm looking for some expert advice, and would be willing to learn some tips and tricks on my major hurdles like different directional walking, the torch lighting, and the dof issue.
