  1. Hello, and please pardon my english (i'm French !) I think I have found a bug in Mine-imator 1.1.2, which causes the "Create a walking animation" to be disabled when two resource packs are present in the Project Resources. To reproduce: you will need a resource pack (zip), I attached one which contains only a new texture for glass (it's the one I used for my tests). Open Mineimator and create a new project. Create a player instance (model: Human, variant; Steve, skin: Minecraft is okay) Create two keyframes for Steve, with different positions (in my case, they're at 10 and 45 images on the timeline). Select the first keyframe and check that the "Create a walking animation" button is enabled. Save the project and close Mineimator. (I did this to separate the project and logs before and after reproducing, but I don't think it's important here) All these steps result in the project I attached, called "reproduction_01", and the Mineimator log called "reproduction_01_log". This is where the problem shows its nose: Re-open Mineimator and load the previous project. (in my case, I saved it under another name before the next steps, but this doesn't seem to matter for reproducing) In "Project Properties"', in the "Resources" section, click the "Add a new resource from a file" button. Choose a resource pack ZIP and confirm. (I attached the "1px_glass.zip" I used to reproduce.) Click on the first keyframe for Steve and notice that the "Create a walking animation" button is disabled. All these steps result in the project I attached, called "reproduction_02", and the Mineimator log called "reproduction_02_log". Please let me know if you can reproduce it, so that I'm sure that it's not just in my head Also note, if that ever matters, that I'm using a French version of Windows. Attachment zip: http://www.mediafire.com/file/vchbqp699ppbq7r/mineimator_walking_resourcepack_bug.zip , contents: the two projects (before and after adding the resource pack) the two log files (before and after adding the resource pack) the resource pack I used to reproduce
  2. in the new 1.0 version of mineimator there is a section in the options for the different things you can import which allows you to choose different textures.. i tried adding a resource pack in the .minecraft folder thinking that's where mineimator linked the texture drop down menu but it didn't work. i went to where i installed mineimator to see if there was some kind of special folder for resource packs. to my disappointment there was none. does any one here know how to add textures? to better explain what i mean with the options i uploaded a picture of the mineimator UI to imgur. click here to see it
  3. Hello, I couldn't find any other specific suggestion like mine so I decided to post my own. I'm MadstonMagic, a detailed Minecraft 3D Modeller. Whenever I want to make a "render" of my finished 3D Model I want it to look nice on a white/green background, with nice shadows and some very nice lighting. Unfortunately that is not always possible with Shaders packs. I have seen that Mine-Imator supports textures from resource packs, but no JSON/OBJ 3D Models. I would love to have the feature to have Mine-Imator support JSON Files (Rather not wavefront obj because all Minecraft 3D models in Resource Packs are coded in Mojang's JSON format). Here is an example of my last 3D model: (Call of Duty Black Ops 2 | Peacekeeper) https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CqOAytHWIAA5sR9.jpg:large Now I want to render that with some nice blue/white lights and nice shadows. But I can only add shadows and a glowing effect in my editing software, and It definitely does not look the best. It just would be awesome if this feature could be added Thank you. -MadstonMagic (For people interested in the peacekeeper model (Free download): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITHgYXzAoJ8)
  4. I was thinking about placing my custom resource pack into MI but I have some questions about them. -Does MI support 3D models? -Does MI support random textures? --Like stone having 1 variation in texture and sometimes another variation in texture. -What about animated blocks for not normally animated ones? ex:glowstone, netherack, etc. -What the resolution limit? -Does it need to be in a zip folder? -How is the folder format suppose to go? --Like: pack.txt graphics/blocks minecraft -IS it drag and drop, or is it more complex then that? ex:like adding a specific file type, name, etc.
