A while ago I made a wolf model and today I want to share it with you, this model has different details such as: a jointed mouth with tongue, joint in the ears, joint in the upper and lower part of the torso. First a quick question, did the forums get a new look? It looks more cleaner now. Anyway, I made this thing; (I know you probably don't care but meh) EDIT: I made it look less "scarier" so you don't have to worry about this thing coming into your room at night and killing you. EDIT2: Updated the rig since it was too hard to use and was pretty broken. I also learned to use item sheets! Hey! I have a new suggestion for MI:CE. Its rendering an object over another. An example is Links hair and eyes from Wind Waker, Notice how his eyes and eyebrows 'overlap' his hair, while being under it. (I suck at explaining >.<) Its probably a hard thing to do, (but I don't do 3D things in game maker... lol) but I think it'll be a nice addition for rigging things, edit: Basically anime eyes and hair.

Details: This rig comes complete with a 3D sword, a 3D shield, 3D body detail rigging, 3D arm detail rigging, 3D leg detail rigging, 3D hair, eye rigging, and a DANG SNAZZY HAT. There is no mouth however, but that shouldn't be an issue because the only sounds Link makes is random grunting, so no real lip syncing would be necessary. I've tested this in animation and it IS animation friendly. The only issue I have seen of it see far is when you bend the body backwards, it can mess up a bit. However, I put a lot of effort into this rig, and that was one thing I just couldn't really fix. On the contrary, I've made the hat very easy to animate, but I will elaborate on that in a bit. The hat made of cubes was an aesthetic choice, as I was trying to keep a Minecraft-esque style going, so I didn't want to use cones or cynliders or anything. Animation Tips for this Rig: When you wish to make Link use the Master Sword, just duplicate it and/or re-parent it to his hand. Same goes for the Hylian Shield. In the rig there are several folders that are locked with blank names. This means they are simply aesthetic additions. If folders are locked, but are named, it means you should open them and then use what's inside the folder instead of the folder itself. To animate the hat, expand the "Link's Hat" folder, parented to the head, completely, and then select all of the segments of the hat that aren't locked, and rotate them all the same amount. This creates a nice and easy curve, because each one inherits the rotation of the one before. There may be a little bit of fine tuning needed, but it's not too bad. I'm gonna be making a Zelda Twilight Princess video series, following the story of the second best game ever made, Zelda Twilight Princess, but with characters represented by Minecraft skins. Nintendo can't sue me now, right? Maybe if I ask nicely. Whatever. I might not even finish this. BUT!
