  1. I think this is in the right section. If not do please report this topic, and ask the Mods to move it. Thanks! So you plan an animation right? You begin to animate that something goes wrong and you just give up. Well no more! Hopefully... here is some of the things that keep and get rid of motivation. What gets rid of/how to keep Motivation: Rigs/assets to hard to make/don't have- We have probably all have experienced this. You can't find the perfect rigs or make the rig. The textures stuff up, the rig is corrupted. That just destroys motivation for an animation. Keeping motivated- Ask for help, if your even beginning to lack motivation, stop, delete the attempt of a rig/asset and ask, yes ask. There are many users out there willing to help with rigs/assets. Just post a topic in the requests section. Animation turning out horrible- You have begun animating and it's looking great and all of a sudden, the animation starts turning out horrible. This definitely kills motivation. Keeping motivated- Delete all keyframes that begin where the animation starts to look horrible. Leave the project for a day or two, then go back to with a relaxed and motivated mind. Post sneak peeks- I don't know why but this works probably the best. Post 10-20 second sneak peeks of your upcoming animation. You get even more motivated when users say great things about your animation. Also, look out for those criticism comments, they are the most important. They tell you what should be improved, whats wrong etc. They help make your animation better. Make sure your work space is quiet and clean- I have had this problem. Keeping your work space clean usually motivates me. Also having a quiet environment keeps your mind concentrated and stress free. Also, sometimes listening to music helps too "Don't try thinking too big before you start animating- Happened to me a lot. Before I started animating I thought like "and I'll do this and then that thing will happen ..." and then when I animate I notice that I can't even animate what I thought." By myluki2000 There is my little list. If you have any tips on keeping that animation motivation. PLEASE do PM me, I will be happy to add them to the list (You will be credited). K thanks bye.
