  1. I've been on Mine Imator Discord a lot, but I haven't posted anything here yet, until today.(I love being dramatic.) Have any questions? Just ask.(I'm not sure how that works on MI Forums yet lol.) Please tell me what you think of it, what I can improve ect. And follow please. It really help me get famous (with the ladies) lol.
  2. Hey I'm TheGameKing1001 or TheKingofGames1001, I've been around this community since the beta version and been trying to be making some decent animations. To me this minecraft animation program is unbelievable and I think it's about time I join this forum and I have a treat for you that is animation that I wanted to do for a long time. You see three to four years ago there was this guy on youtube called lordofthejimmy, he was in the process of making a series called Smash Brothers after hours based on the game Brawl, but they ran into several problems and the entire first episode was left unanimated. He asked if anyone would like to animate it they could do it. So I thought I would make one in a minecraft kind of form, but due to the limitations at the time it was a no go. But after the new version came out the work finally was able to be complete nice and smoothly. So here is the animation. Any feedback you could give would be nice. Script goes to JTCurtus and everyone else who was working on the original project, the animation of the minecraft version was made by me.

  6. So I just got the trial version of Adobe After Effects and I wanted to use it in my Halloween Animation but the problem is I have no idea how to use it! Any suggestions?

  13. Hell yeah.. Look at this awesomeness. This is from a very cool scene in SkyRaider.. (I haven't came this far in the animation but I've cut to this point to make this wallpaper.)   14. Basically I took a screenshot of some random scenery in Mine-imator, then went in with Paint.NET and edited it. Before: After:
  15. I was fiddling around with Blender a bit today, and I started thinking about how one can render a scene to test how it will look by pressing F12. It then detects the active camera and renders from that viewpoint. That got me thinking... Currently, when you're animating and you play your animation to test out how it looks, or even if you simply scrub the timeline, if you've got a camera instance set up, your viewpoint jumps directly there. There are two changes which I am suggesting. The first: not having the viewpoint change when scrubbing or clicking on the timeline, regardless of a camera instance existing. The second: keep the jumping of viewpoints when playing the animation, so you can see how it will look when completed, but save the viewpoint position first, so that the camera can jump back there when the animation finishes playing. tl;dr: Regardless of the camera being set up, one's viewpoint does not change at automatically all unless you're playing the animation. Even so, it jumps back to where it originally was when they pressed the play button.
