Recently, X-Series Laboratories and their primary patron, Xia, have unveiled a new android model! To be the first used in mass production after Fantshia's Great War, the ceremony is taking place today! However, a few stray faults have been found around the place, and black market activity has been at an all-time. Something is afoot in the underground, but in the meantime, you've been invited. Okay, so here's an idea for a contest: Drawing an in-depth sketch / scene / picture / etc. of one of my main OCs, Xia. It'll be simple! Just draw Xia (preferably with no / minimal background). The winner / runner ups WILL be featured in an upcoming book / project of mine! May even give a bit extra, somehow! Details: Please be serious about this. No trolls, just effort. Due date is... idk, March 10th, 2015. I personally will pick the winner due to detail, effort, skill, and sticking to the details. Everyone will be mentioned / rewarded! Just for fun guys, srs. Details about Xia: She tends to be a bit flirty, non-serious, playful, but determined and brave, etc. If you don't know her personality, go see the RPs with her. Try to capture her persona with the pose in the drawing. She should look average or somewhat above average height, long free-flowing black hair with a single teal streak through the bangs, blue eyes that practically glow, wears futuristic black / teal clothes (usually tank top with skirt / shorts + black / teal heeled boots, and wears open-fingered black gloves). She is always surrounded by a swarm of nanos (small blue floating lights), and has a diamond-shaped teal hair clip. If you truly can't picture her, go see a few renders I've done of her. Feel free to deviate from her original wardrobe design, just stick to the main theme (and keep the nanos, teal streak, and hair clip) Xia's bio / image: Good luck to all! Xia Nightlight, Futree's Nightlight Gender: Female Age: 18 Weapons of Choice: X-Series Weaponry Abilities: Nanobot-Chip, allowing her to do many things, including: Regenerating Phasing through walls Phasing weapons to herself Phasing armor onto herself Physical manipulation (invisibility, disguising, etc.) And More! Personality: Flirty, Funny, Driven Xia wasn't actually her real name. Nobody even knows it for sure anymore. When she was younger, she grew up in a rich family on a continent of a planet with the greatest technology known, Futree. She was bullied often and called useless, and what tormented her most? That it felt true. She thought she wouldn't ever grow up truly making a difference in the world. She would never impact anyone, never fix a thing. So the day she turned 18, she decided to fix all of that. She went to a government agency and, calling in favors she earned in her prestigious position, applied for a highly experimental and secret project for the N.A.N.O.C.H.I.P. Implant. It would easily change her life, and it did. After she got it, she changed her name, her look, her body, personality, "past", and everything else, until she signed on to be a professional bounty hunter and paid mercenary.
