  4. So.. I've always had a problem importing texture pack zip files into mine imator. I believe what ever change they made with the texturing after Community Build isn't compatible or something. I have a pretty beefy computer so I don't think it's performance. if my specs are needed just tell me what specs you need to see. Let me summarize: I'm looking for a fix to my issue of MineImator crashing when importing a resource/texture pack zip file. It crashes at "Loading Block textures" and I just tried it with a texture pack i'm using with a map i made and it's crashing instantly, no error message. M-I just closes. Help would be greatly appreciated

  6. Hey! I got tired of seeing flatland grass in test animations, so I decided to make some simple patterns for people to use instead, in the form of a resource pack. All you need to do is import the zip file in the ground texture selector and pick one of the options. I noticed the one with high-res textures made my Mine-imator crash, so there's a regular version and a low-spec version with lower-res textures. I recommend trying the complete version on a blank project, and switching to the low-spec if it doesn't work out. Here's a gif showcasing just a few of my favorites of the basic textures (these ones aren't affected by the low-spec version of course).   8. How to Animate Textures? Ever wanted to animate textures in Mine Imator?? Preferrably for some flame animation, or some particle effects, or possibly a TV screen, etc.? Well, I've got you covered! 1. Create all the textures you're gonna use in your animation - each texture as it's own frame. 2. Then, you need to import the images (frames) into Mine Imator; open up the resources tab and click the + icon, then browse for your textures (sadly, you can only do it one by one). 3. Once you're done, import a surface 4. Make a keyframe of the surface and you should see a "texture" option; select your texture 5. Move forward in the timeline, making more keyframes, changing the texture as you go; you can mess with the speed as well! You should be left with an animation you've made, displaying on your surface (you could project it onto a CUBE as well!) I've made a video tutorial, explaining this deeper, and also creating the textures. I tried to mess with another method, but that one, sadly, didnt work Stay sharp!

  10. Started this project on 11/2/18 and finished up on 11/12/18. I put a lot of time into this project and getting the lighting right. I also took the time to use proper prop placements and details .I did NOT use any prop packs, texture packs, or anyone's rigs.   11. I guess I did ANOTHER wallpaper, this time I wanted to make one with a dark feel to it, so I made a basement. Whatever ): As you can see I already asked to fix this ****: DAVID, PLEASE STOP TO IGNORING ME and fix it ;-; #iLoveYou The first it occurred was when i updated to Mine-imator 1.1.1, and again in the 1.1.2 and 1.1.4 (I didn't updated to 1.1.3 but I think that the same bug would occour ;-; )
  13. For certain rigs, opening them causes me to get these error messages. I got a new PC recently and i am hoping that the computer is not the issue. Edit: I think i may have partially found the issue when opening pngs in MI they turn completely white...

  15. In the last week, I decided to Update Mine-Imator to the version 1.1.2, and the same bug occurred on 1.1.1 version. This is what happens when I use a custom texture (This texture is the second image) in a cube (THIS WEIRD LINE): This is the texture that i used in a cube: https://i.imgur.com/BEpxuM8.png I already updated my graphics card driver... @david please, fix this weird bug, a similar line appears in the custom models (I think that in 1.0.0 this didn't happened)

Today, i am pleased to finally release Resoursas - Release Edition, for your minecraft-enjoyment. If you haven't heard of my resource pack, Resoursas - Release Edition is a resource pack that tries to fix ugly blocks.   17. some peoples have this error how can i fix it? or i have to wait for the next update?
  18. There could be a lot of uses for this, but the big one for me is animating the face. Maybe a texture has its own layer system (ideal) or even just being able to keyframe one skin to another in order to swap out expressions or clothes or something. Additionally, it'd be great to have an expression library to contain all the expression options. Hopefully I'm explaining this well: Laika uses the replacement process for their films (Kubo, Coraline, ParaNorman, etc.)
  19. in the new 1.0 version of mineimator there is a section in the options for the different things you can import which allows you to choose different textures.. i tried adding a resource pack in the .minecraft folder thinking that's where mineimator linked the texture drop down menu but it didn't work. i went to where i installed mineimator to see if there was some kind of special folder for resource packs. to my disappointment there was none. does any one here know how to add textures? to better explain what i mean with the options i uploaded a picture of the mineimator UI to imgur. click here to see it

    So I recently started using Mine-imator, but could never figure something out. Sometimes when you import an item file, it comes in squares. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help as soon as possible.

  23. Hey, if you think that David should add more textures such as a reflective texture or rough texture, reply to this question or start your own thread about the same thing. Also, I think he needs to edit the "World Imports" so that you can edit certain blocks within it. It would certainly make animating the world much easier. Maby some rigs too? Okay, I know he sent out the code and you might be abke to do that by changing it a little, but what if we can't code?
  24. Hey, I recently got Windows on my mac using BootCamp, to run Mineimator. And all the textures are all glitched out!   25. So I've been using mine imator for a long time now, Using 1.0.0 now and I kinda though, what if I want realistic eating? Like the texture would change of, for example a carrot, that it would be biten and pixels disappering, can u do that in some way? like animate so the texture change/delete pixels.
