Hey! lou3d here and for the past days I have joined Mineimator! Now you must be wondering why am I making this topic? Well, as I searched at the vast worlds of this Forums there seems to be a few things that I want to ask before I take things deeply and seriously. Now all my questions can be answered by you "PERSONALLY" so don't argue with each other and don't quarrel about one thing. No. 1 What are the Mineimator Forums dislikes? (From what I mean't here, what does the forums don't really like? Crappy animations? Weird Scenes? Bad Behavior?) No. 2 How did this all started and why? (Of course, there is always a reason for everything. And probably answering personally would be a good start.) No. 3 What is this... "Unofficial Rule; don't Spam the forum Topic." (BECAUSE I COMPLETELY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU GUYS MEAN.) No.4 What does OC means? (I don't get it.) More Questions available in the future. Kek Bye. Thanks for your postive (AND NEGATIVE) feedbacks!

i didn't know where i would put this so here is it, i cant see any image on the forums, my browser is google chrome.

Now many of you know that this is the Mine-imator forums, but there are some users such as SKIBBZ who dabble with the other 3D animation programs such as C4D and Blender. Now instead of lumping all the non Mineimator Minecraft videos into one section. (Promptly named "Minecraft Videos") It would be a bit more organized to show off the non-MI animators with their own section of the "Minecraft Videos" with a subforum of "Animations" with a rule stating that any Non-MI animation would be put into this sub forum and any MI animation would be put inside the "Test Animations" and/or "Narrative Animations" section respectively. I'm just suggesting this as to make the forum a tad bit more organized for the non Mine-imator animator. This is just for the users who make animations that do not MI. TL;DR Pretty much a section under "Minecraft Videos" that something like "Other Animations"

Seeing as mods for Mine-imator will probably start becoming popular, is there any chance we could have a new forum or subforum dedicated to mods? The 'Mine-imator discussion' forum does not seem like the right place for them.

(Yes, I read the forum guide.) Im trying to add an image on my siggy and turns out that its real buggy, when ever I open the image URL thing, when I enter in the link, I cant press OK, Cancel, or the X to cancel the dialog. Why is it doing this?

I though of a few new things they could add to the forums (and IDK if anyone else suggested this) Hide your personal info from certain people (so creeps don't stalk you or whatever, but moderators can view everything) Improved Chat: Friend/unfriend people from the chat page, report people from there, have custom text color/font/size, censoring for swears (for younger people, you can turn off/on), have canned responses (a feature in Gmail; if people ask you the same question too much, you can just add a response to a dropdown menu and when someone asks you the question, just go to the drop-down menu and select the response. It magically appears in the box and all you have to do is hit send! This is individual, everyone has their own and can customize it) Have a set color/font/size for every topic/post so you don't have to select a pink 18-size Comic Sans MS font every time (just saying); you can change this in your settings More personalizations for your page: An area where if you have a YT account, it shows off your recent videos; Gmail and Google+ contact links; a color scheme (Different panel colors, text color/font, etc.) Personal IM: Like a PM and Chat combined; instant chatting w/ a friend so you don't have to see those annoying numbers/pop-ups every time Add Special Characters in Chat/Post/Topic: All the letters with accents, the degree sign, the cent sign, etc. (Available to everyone) Insertable Images in Status Updates (Idk if you can do this yet) RP Chat: (Yes, I know people RP with topics, but this is different.) Faster, and it's like a video game menu: Open RP, Join RP, Start new RP, or Quit RP Chat. (If you clicked on Start RP, it would give you a bunch of options for it such as the title, what it's about, the genre, etc. If you clicked on Join RP, there would be a list of available RPs with the info, and if you clicked on one and made a character for it, the host of it would have to approve first, though.) There would also be a search section so you could search for RPs without having to look through 50 pages of stuff. Hope I get listened to! Forgot one. You can see who's chatting right now without having to scroll through a buncha random stuff. (Idk if you can do that, I'm sort of new.)

I thought of a suggestion for the forum (and IDK if anyone else suggested this) A little area where you can see if your friends are online/offline without having to navigate all the way to your friends' pages, like a sidebar or something and you can click on their names if they're online to private chat with them or send a PM... just a suggestion? (And yes, I know they have the member guide, but this is friends-only.)

Ok, so you know how people like making topics for commissions or requests being given to them? Well, why not have a section dedicated to that? The Ideas Section. In a nutshell, It's where people can post topics that are to do with taking in requests or 'free ideas' for things like rigs, wallpapers/art, skins etc or even for animation ideas to be given to them! Say somebody was out of ideas for making a picture with mineimator, they could start a topic in this new section, name it something like: "Picture ideas plz" etc and then people can comment down ideas that the author of the topic could do! Give ideas for scenery of it, ideas if they could use a rig to make the idea possible, endless! Out of ideas, ask for ideas. This new section would help organize this into one easy area where people who comment can go to give these authors some ideas!
