Well, this is the great reveal! Yes @Fox Miner is my Sensei... well not really since we are now in a long distance relation ship, but I do want to visit his Dojo again.
Why this post tho? Well, I noticed some people going up to my Sensei and I am not fine with that much, but yeah, they didn't know, so Imma just make it clear here! @Fox Miner Is my Sensei, Hands off!

First render I made in years, woah!
This one really just got made because I wanted to make something with MI again. It isn't anything crazy, probably pretty bad by forum standards, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless!

Here, we can see Steve about to get completely COOKED by the zombie spawner. He might look well equipped, but he doesn't know how to use said equipment.
Also, I wanted to say that I just made a post talking about my voice reveal(which happened, yes), my new channels, my first album release and more! check that out over here if you're interested:
With that being said, I couldn't be happier with how my life is going. School is going good, I love making my music, and I appreciate everything that God gives me. I sometimes miss when I used to hang out on the forums more often, but I know that the way I'm on now is God's way and it's what he intended for me. I really, REALLY want to thank all of you who were followers of/friends with me back in the good old times on the forum, since without my exposure to the forums, I would've probably never even tried to make myself known on the internet. And to think about that almost makes me want to cry if I'm being honest.
Always remember: You are an amazing person, you are loved by God and you should spread said love to the people around you!

Soo I just downloaded Mine-imator Vexel build, and I gotta say, it doesn't just compile all the cool features of other mods(e.g. Simply Upscaled or Community Build) into one package, it also adds it's fair share of new cool features, especially with what's promised("Beacon" renderer is what I'm most excited about).
I just made a short test animation, trying out volumes, godrays and the shake modifier. I just added some little frames to Steve here so that he turns his head and blinks, which he did very well as it doesn't require much thinking power.
Here is Steve again, yet slightly different, idk what's wrong about this exactly.

I hope you enjoy this test and if you have any thoughts on Vexel build yourself, I am very interested in hearing them! I have no idea if the inclusion of the features from other mods is legitimate or not, I definitely hope so, since what this version promises is pretty cool.
Also, I am dropping a new song on the 14th! Save the premiere here:

Ok I have no idea why the bitrate is so low but I am NOT spending another 20 minutes awake in front of my computer

I decided to make an advanced version of the Iron golem, and it's done!

It has 3D extrusions, a face rig and extra parts on the arms and legs!
UPDATE!

It now has extendable arms, vine parts and face rig update!(Turn off "surface", "subsurface" and "color" options on ropes and vines in MI 2.0 pre-5)

Specifically, what community build/mod are you using?

Me and a couple of friends have a SMP going and I decided to build the Backrooms under the island we live on. Then I decided to make two quick showcase renders in Mine-Imator Community Build and they turned out kinda nice with the outline and VSH effects, so I decided I might as well share them with you guys since someone might enjoy them.


Made with 100% vanilla blocks, new sulfur drop is pretty cool for this!

the model reminds me of the old steve model that was used in those old minecraft animations or minecraft parody music videos

This story plays in another world, 100 years after the Events of Eternal Conflict. (If you don't know what Eternal Conflict is I highly recommend checking it out on ZNathan Animations YouTube Channel). Well not quiet. 100 years ago in this universe Furore/Fleur was defeated after batteling Faisal and humanity for 50 years. She got betrayed by a close aid and was banished with the remnants of her army.
Since then she has been eagerly rebuilding it. Recruiting new species, developing new techniques and weapons, for one purpose only. To get her revenge on Faisal and his so called "Heroes".
This story is written as the diary of one of her newer followers. The Porkling Björn, who started serving in her army recently.

The armor trims are actually just because this was made with Mine-Imators default armor models, where you can add trims to each piece and it's really useful!

This is not bad by forum standards at all.
I love the lighting. Like you managed to perfectly create this somewhat creppy, yet mystical atmosphere for me.
(Also could it be your armour pack got an update, first time for me seeing you have armor trims.
