Yes, it's a Steve.
He's got wrists, feet, a simple facerig and the basic steve features! I suggest you using the .miobject for easier control, but the mimodel works fine.
UPDATE!
Now has IK support with extra handles, but you can make your own too. Also has McMojang Skin!

Yes yes i know someone already did this i think it was owanimations bla bla or something but well i did too,
i used the follow me, and the follow me behind the scenes video as reference for this model, i know theres no download because im still thinking about releasing this model. i worked only 2 days on this and it is only v1 so some parts will look weird

This is Very cool keep up the good work, also maybe scale the torso down cus the head need to be bigger than the torso.
plus is a springlock suite.
