Haha, that's true. This is a 64x skin which has the same reso as my old man oc skin.
But since the theme that I'm going for this OC clothing is a Noble-like clothing with flower patterned garb/jacket it's a bit more complex than a regular (modified) civilian clothing that my male OC has. As i typed this reply, i forgot to make The Cravat. -

you can leave it blank. then when it's uploaded click the copy link button for the gif web address if you want to post it with link, or the media button if you want to download it.

To make a gif, go to a gif making website like giphy. There you can create a gif by clicking the create button (Gotta login first i think) Just follow the instruction, and you'll get yourself a nice gif. Btw, i think your animation final keyframe needs to be the same keyframe as the very first keyframe (0) to make a seamless looping gif.

School here takes every single materials, math, physics, chems, biologies you name it. There's almost no specialization of some kind (atleast in public schools, idk bout private ones tho), everything just become a thing one learns on every classes. Everyday, unending.
