Hey, Pal!
I play my whole live Bedrock and I even started playing Java 4 years ago and what I learned is.
No shader pack could possibly work on a simple phone, it would lag and lag. I have spent 2 years making my own pack and realized, more I pack in the more it lags on a simple phone. and otherwise it wouldn't pay off because the screen is so small.
the same speaks for PC bedrock, simply everyone plays Java on PC instead of Bedrock, its a thing you just do like that.
I hope I could help in some way, but its just that bedrock is for portable devices better then stand on devices, that's why it was earlier called Minecraft "Pocket" Editon
