I see nothing bullcrap about it. This has been suggested multiple times. Just because there isn't a feature that people would rarely use doesn't make anything "bullcrap". The only bullcrap I see is cbr's rant.

Conclusion is:MI is made out by GAMEMAKER Engine. So That Engine is just fine for 2D's Game, or software,But With David somehow he can make it as a 3D Software from GM. so that's it. 

You can move around practically everything in MI. Just move your cursor over the text "Selected Camera" and drag down to the bottom corner. I preferrably like it on the top left, but you can basically put it anywhere.
The timeline just looks like it's moved down. You can just hover your cursor over the very top and drag up.
