TBMAnimateZ

Okay so i use Blender to animate and I want to make the Aether in blender but I've seen that Mine-imator can allow the Aether to happen in its software so I was wondering if there is anyway to convert the schematic of said Aether map with its textures attached and put it in blender for use. I can't use blender for making the Aether because it works differently and I either have to sacrifice the top texture or the side textures looking weird.
