Just realised that my "Brand new" gaming PC that I built in only 2018 is beginning to get phased out. Intel discontinued their 8th gen coffee lakes. Now you can get a laptop with an i7 8700 used for just $1k. The cpu itself is only over $300 when it used to be $600. For some reason the price for the i5 8400 (which I have) has gone up. Maybe I should sell it and buy an i7 8700.

And look at this, you can buy used a i7 8700k, a mobo, giant cooler and ram for the price of just the cpu 2 years ago!

Telstra should at least make their sites quickly accessible for those occasions. When our internet runs out, it's an absolute pain to refill because their recharge site wouldn't load.
