    No, you can only do such things with MC-edit.. however, if you do decide to use Mine-Imators inbuilt importing you can filter certain blocks, stone, air, torches. etc. So no, you sadly can't. Also, you should build by hand, like the pros.

    Before releasing.. I think you could add a little more detail such as shading and perhaps making the hand into pixel art to fit the overall theme more.
