  1. His pose doesn’t look very realistic, or balanced at all. If someone were to actually stand like that, they’d fall. I also don’t know why, but his left arm (our right) looks... wrong. I’m not sure what’s throwing me off there.

The lighting is okay, but still fairly bland. So is the background. In light of your last wallpaper, I’d say he should be walking across a wire (or clothesline) in a city or something. It may make the wallpaper less... boring. You’re getting better though, keep going!

Thanks, I did add the fog gray, maybe that's what your seeing. I was trying to get light ray, so that's why I was using the fog in hope of getting the light ray, but I don't think it did much.

Fog by itself won’t create a light ray in Mine-imator (at least, not that I remember. I haven’t been able to use it recently). There are tutorials you can find on YouTube that’ll teach you how to do it which will probably explain it better than I could.

The general idea is to use a surface or cube with a plain white gradient texture. If you position it where you want the light ray to be, then go into settings and make it glow only, it’ll become your light ray. You can edit colors, glow size, effects, etc to give it the look you want. Again, I’m not the best at explaining these types of things so I definitely recommend you find a tutorial on YouTube.

  3. It looks like you used default night setting for lighting (which is never good for renders) and put a single spotlight focused on the window. It's pretty bland for lighting and how dim it is makes it almost impossible to see the character (and main focus) of the wallpaper.

So yeah, lighting could use work. From what I can see it's not bad other than what I pointed out.

This is kinda limit of my PC. (and I don't want massive FPS lags)

You could also bring in fog a bit to hide the edge, it's what I typically do on a slow PC. Or you could import trees to make it look like there's a thick Forest at the edge so it's not as visible.

Altogether I completely agree with redwoods.

  5. Great idea, but you could work on lighting and camera effects. Posing could use some work, because right now it's just weird and awkward.

For lighting, my best recommendation for improving is to watch tutorials on YouTube.

For camera effects, just play around a bit more. In my opinion, the background is too blurred. That's a personal opinion, but the blur in the background of the last image is sudden. It's kind of hard to get rid of that in Mine-imator, so I understand not being able to.

For posing, again, look at tutorials. I'm no expert myself, but you can also find references online and try to copy them in Mine-imator.

    Okay, it's done!

The lighting still needs a lot of work. There aren't any visible shadows, especially on the building in the background, and posing hasn't changed.

Altogether, it looks as if you just made everything brighter and called it good.

    why people
why must you complain about not being featured in something
why do you care?    do you want some meaningless internet attention?

I 'complain' because it's a long running joke between me and Hagus.
