It froze every 2 nanoseconds? The time it freezes for is indefinite so let's just say it lasts for n, an unnamed number, as it isn't relevant. You'd need a program and monitor update rate of 500 MHz, about 500000000 FPS. With that kind of update speed, the freezing would be impossible to notice, as from my knowledge the eye would barely see it. You have some freakishly fast monitor and CPU.
