How do I upload the world to my cloud?

Like am I supposed to use Block Launcher, or a different app? And how do I determine what kind of file my world is?

The name of the app I need to use to access the world to import it. Meaning the app I need to view my folders so I can import my world.

I don't know which app I need for that.

To be honest, I'm really not sure what kind of extension it is. Or what I'm trying to say is how do I import my world from my android device onto my PC?

But how do I transfer my MCPE world to Minecraft Java. My phone is an Android.

I want to import one of my worlds on Minecraft Pocket edition to Minecraft Java to access Mine-imator, but I don't know if this is possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
