I think this is trying too hard to be like Blender, if I'm honest.
Mine-imator should never be made complicated, it should remain easy to use so newbies can make their silly renders/animations for fun while gradually building up skill, without being immediately overwhelmed by the program.
    ...All just my opinion, though.

Honestly, r/minecraft really has taken a nosedive off a cliff.
I very frequently see extremely low-effort stuff getting tens of thousands of upvotes. Here's a good example:

Literally just some Grass placed on top of a Sponge = 12.7K upvotes and multiple Awards.
People literally spent money to award this person for placing some Grass on a Sponge block.
Meanwhile roughly 3 months ago I tried posting one of my renders there and it got immediately deleted by the moderators... for being "low-effort".
    The irony is incredible.

Ive gotten art taken down because "We dont discuss Herobrine here." I didnt know why, so I messaged mods and that's what they told me. What rule is on there that stops me from simply drawing an interpretation of Herobrine. Ive had my suggestions removed and I have had stuff removed for being a "meme." I hate Reddit so much and the Minecraft one so much more. I just want to share my art somewhere but I dont know where else to do it.

Apple has these goons who will pay a fortune for anything with their logo on it.
They've got a good racket going with their smart phones though.
Round out the edges of the iPhone 11, add a feature Samsung had 6 years ago, boom you've got yourself an iPhone 12 you can sell to the masses for $1200.

I fail to see what's unfair about this election. It just seems to me like you can't accept the fact Trump lost.

The thing is, a good amount of people likely voted Biden not because they wanted him in, but because they wanted Trump out.

@Spontaneous Explosions Sure, it's a model, but said model is essentially just an extruded plane, just like the appearance of standard items in the world.

__Mine__ reacted to 9redwoods in Why are people always talking about 'framerates'?? When you buy a computer or a conso
FPS may not be important for sandbox games, but it does ruin immersion, and a low FPS could cause headaches and nausea without any type of motion blur.
It's super important for FPS games though. Insanely important for your performance and accuracy.

" Framerate is the least important aspect to gaming. "
this is possibly the dumbest thing I've ever heard, how do you play a game at 8 FPS? guess what, you cant, it'll be so slow the experience is ruined, and the game isn't fun, nobody wants a slow PC like that because having at least 60 FPS makes the game enjoyable, and fun to play
edit,  know now this is a joke, but there was like no sign of it being so, besides a reply that i didn't see

You can play Minecraft at 8 FPS but it'd be pretty miserable.
Any game on low enough framerates will look very choppy and that'll do more than just harm immersion.    Especially in FPS (first-person shooter not frames per second) games, you'll want to know the exact point something is at all times.   You don't want things basically teleporting around if you're trying to line something (your crosshair for example) up with them.
And maybe at like 30-40 FPS (frames per second not first-person shooter) gameplay stops getting improved by higher framerates but having a higher framerate will make the game far more pleasant to look at.    Generally 60 FPS is good enough for everything but some people still want more than that.
And framerates are perhaps most important in VR, where you'll want your arms to be where your arms actually are at all times and you'll likely get motion sickness if your head movement is even a little choppy.
If I had to pick between having all my games capped at 24 FPS or 480p (i normally go 1080p60 since that's my monitor's limit) I'd take the hit on resolution without a second thought.
