  1. Finally, a WIP after so long

    Pack7WIP1.png

Almost finished now, might even be releasing Pack 7 sometime within the next day or so.

  2. So we've all somehow survived 2020.

    Happy new year, everyone!

  3. Interesting idea but bad example image, for the reason @CRAZYKOKEBROZ mentioned above; almost everything listed in your example screenshot is named "Cube". This would only work if you have a lot of objects with unique names.
  4. Marry Christmas and a Heppy New Year
  5. Exactly. No single side has all of the blame for this, and I'm glad you know that too. On a different note, in regards to your video... while I do completely understand your intention (since there definitely is a problem with overly-harsh criticism that needs to be addressed), I really don't agree with the name you gave the video. "The Mine-imator Community is TOXIC..." Clickbait or not, implying everyone in the community is toxic like that is not fair in the slightest, and paints the entire community in a bad light. I know this likely wasn't your intention, but don't you think this is needlessly harsh?
  6. People were giving him harsh criticism, and he retaliated. It spiralled out of control from there, with BOTH sides being to blame for starting it. The criticism definitely shouldn't have been as harsh as it was and really could've been said much nicer without the insults and hate, however he also shouldn't have retaliated the way he did, completely disregarding any and all criticism and exchanging insults. I know I'm really late in saying this, but I hope everyone now realises this so they can back off a little with the hate and not hold grudges, and I hope @SharpWind realises this too, so he can try to be a little more open to some of the criticism without holding a grudge on the entire community. Sure, there will always be haters out there, but just know that not everyone is out to get you; some of the criticism can be completely valid, from people who genuinely want to help you. I'm obviously not asking you to act on all the criticism and feedback you receive, or even any of it in fact; all I'm asking is that you be a little more open to it. Even the little things, the little subtle change here and there, can go a long way! You might even find something you like even more. All feedback is helpful for improvement. Just don't let grudges get in the way of giving that feedback, because then that just becomes bashing. We can all learn from this big mistake we've caused and become better in the future. Now, I've said what I wanted to say (albeit like a month later than I should've, oops), this whole situation pretty much ended over two months ago. Can we please stop talking about it?
  7. Looking at the angle of the shadows being cast, that isn't sunset.
  8. I reckon this would benefit from having more scenery. There's a lot of flatlands visible. Very good use of the lowered FOV though.
  9. Simply put, I'm suggesting either adding an "Isometric" option for Cameras, or if that isn't possible/too difficult, adding the ability to input decimals in the Camera's FOV. Currently, only integers (whole numbers) can be used, even though decimals actually work when manually editing the .miproject file to add them. Let's face it, a FOV of 1 just doesn't really look isometric enough, and I reckon it'd be nice to be more easily able to lower it just a bit more (without hitting 0 obviously lol).
  10. Just wondering, why are you even using 1.2.4 in the first place? You're three versions behind.
  11. ...for now. Someone definitely could later, though.
  12. You might want to credit the people who made those textures.
  13. That's because it's made for the default skin resolution.
  14. There's a lot of mixeling and clashing resolutions here.
  15. Another pose test, this time with my main character, Dave. I ought to provide a bit of an explanation for this one...

I randomly decided to see if I could make him facepalm (facefoot?)... let's just say it's pretty hard to do so, given that he's a Creeper.
...so here's my best attempt lol

    Facefoot.png

This is probably the most awkward thing I've ever made... still happy with the result though.

Okay, time to work on something else.

@Draco63 No idea what "comment" you're referring to. This wasn't inspired by anything on the forums lol

@__Mine__ Oh lol I commented on a "Happy Birthday" post in which dave was using his front feet to hold up a cake.  (I think.)

@Draco63 Ah, that comment. Yeah, he was; since he doesn't have hands, using his front feet is the next best thing lol
      Just a bit of a coincidence I guess :P

  16. Yeah... having no arms, using his front feet to hold things is the best Dave can really do in that regard, albeit rather limiting lol
  17. ? Happy birthday, @Dr. Nexil! ? Here's @9redwoods and Dave, presenting you with some cake. Enjoy! I'm aware this is probably a bit early due to timezones. Oh well, better than being late lol I also ought to make more renders with this trio...

    Help needed

This is what's known as Gimbal Lock, and unfortunately I don't think it's something that can be fixed easily, if at all.
  19. I'm finding this hard to believe, considering you've literally never posted a single creation and done nothing but complain constantly about the program for the past five years. I've never even seen you thank Nimi even once for all of your whims he's catered to; you just immediately start complaining about something else no-one had a problem with.
  20. Looks pretty nice, although I'd recommend using a Spot Light instead of a Point Light for the streetlight.
