i swear people on the minecraft reddit treat terrible renders like cyberpunk before release, denying any form of criticism and coming up with the lazy and illogical excuse of "try doing something better yourself"

Ive gotten art taken down because "We dont discuss Herobrine here." I didnt know why, so I messaged mods and that's what they told me. What rule is on there that stops me from simply drawing an interpretation of Herobrine. Ive had my suggestions removed and I have had stuff removed for being a "meme." I hate Reddit so much and the Minecraft one so much more. I just want to share my art somewhere but I dont know where else to do it.

i haven't even finished the intro, but cyberpunk 2077 is already blowing me away and deserves the hype. seems like it has problems on ps4 though, so if you're planning on playing it on console, wait for a patch or something

by default, there's a small part selected in the timeline (if i remember correctly). just right click on the white part of it (without dragging) to deselect it

Is it possible to export models from Blockbench to Mine-imator?

you can export the models as json, and mine imator supports json models, so yes -

mine imator sometimes screws up with audio. you could try restarting it, always fixes it for me when it happens

i just discovered that pressing F9 in mine imator opens the appdata directory and pressing F10 opens the main mine imator directory

you can put some values to the negatives, for example if you want a guy to look 90 degrees and another guy to look at the other guy, just copy paste the first guy and add a negative to his rotation

oh, surface lights then spotlights are a good substitute, but that's actually a decent suggestion

.mimodels can be imported in both MB and MI and .miobject & .miproject files can be imported in MI if that's what you're asking -

works like a charm. i probably missed a few things or put a smaller amount of surfaces, but it's good enough for the time being! you can also change the bluriness using the shadow blur settings by the way. really love how creative people can be with such a limited program. of course, there's the limitations with the fact that it uses the alpha glitch and also some issues with colors, so you might want to try messing around with settings until it looks right. -
there's some stretched textures (the leaves for example) and some style conflictions (voxel on the car but non voxel neon, some things way more detailed than others etc), but this is pretty good! keep it up

watch dogs legion is fun and good so far. only issues i have with it currently:
you're forced to use DLSS to avoid lag
enabling raytracing (even the lowest settings) does a huuuuge performance drop even though my PC can clearly handle it (i've tried it on minecraft)
there's some sounds reused from watch dogs 2 (for example the beep boop noise when you open a door with a keycode)
grandma quests are one of the hardest recruiting quests in the game (seriously i just want to build the chop-chop gang smh)
i've heard some NPC lines multiple times already on day one
the map isn't any larger than watch dogs 2 (though it's packed with content)
faces (especially beards and hair) look really off
some voice lines get cut off which is kinda annoyi

literally anyone else on here would've done that anyways if he wasn't there. it's not hating or being disrespectful, it's criticizing. criticizing is pointing out what's wrong and saying how to fix it (unless the answer is obvious) to help people improve.
