    every movie ever: let's split up gang 

    me: bruh have you ever seen a movie? every time someone splits up it goes wrong!!

      I can name many movies where people don't split up.

      I would say every horror film goes with Split up and get killed one by one till the end of the movie

      Womans are screaming mostly and rushed their way and get killed

      Guys are just doing nothing to fight back

      The kids from IT risk their life to kill pennywise

      It's worse when characters in those movies reference the same type of movie that they're in.

      Guy 1: "Let's go in that dark, abandoned house where we heard an ax-murderer lives."

      Guy 2: "No way man, haven't you seen any scary movies? We'll die!"

      Guy 1: "Nah man, we'll be fine."

      Guy 2: "Okay, if you say so..."

      *they go in and die because there's an ax-murderer living there*
