So V3 is finally here! Whoo!

Since V1 & V2:
Added better 3Dness to eyes and mouth. Better teeth. Mouth is now in a folder for easy positioning and rotating. Instructions:
   CHANGING EYE COLOUR:
Go into "Eyes" folder and select "Pupils". Change the blend colour (or mix colour if you don't like the black parts).   CHANGING EYE 3DNESS COLOUR:
Go as deep as you can into the "Eyewhites" folder. Select the two things named "3Dness" and change colour to your skin colour.   CHANGING MOUTH 3DNESS COLOUR:
Go into the "MouthL" and "MouthR" folders. Select the folders called "Lips". Change colour to your skin colour. Rules:
MUST CREDIT IF USED. CAN NOT UPLOAD AGAIN, EVEN IF EDITED. DOWNLOAD HERE.

I've been having this annoying problem for ages now and I can't find the solution, also tried rotating it differently to have the arm tilted while pointing forward.
The problem here is that the Y-Axis doesn't rotate with the X-Axis. In particular, all I need to do is to rotate the Y-Axis (blue), the X-Axis (yellow) should be rotating with it. This get's even more annoying when Y is 90 and Z is -90 or about. The critical result means that Y AND Z will rotate the same way. The picture below shows the current setup I have where X is -82.5, Y is 0 and Z is 7.5.
I really expect Y's rotation to stay relative so I can tilt it when it's angled. I have no problems with the 3 Axis directions with other objects. This bug appears to only apply to Body Parts.

I had a idea to make a space render, so I did.

Christ, people, stop dismissing suggestions by telling people to "stop being lazy". There's nothing wrong with wanting to save people some time, it's actually the best thing to do. Just because there's already a way to do it doesn't mean it can't be improved, especially if it's as convoluted and non-intuitive as the workaround you suggest, Pigeon.
It's like if me, Nimi or David said "How about you stop being lazy and add bloom and glow by yourselves instead of wanting it to be implemented in the next big release?" Or "stop asking for IK rigging and just... get better at animating natural, physics-driven motion".
See how ridiculous you all sound?
