Over the years I've collected royalty free music and sound effects like trading cards. Here's a Google Drive. Most of us are YouTubers to an extent and a surprising number of us are game developers, both of which can benefit from a good bit of royalty free music and sound effects.

For those who are getting world importer crashes with 1.16/snapshot worlds; this is due to a change with how chunks are saved in snapshot 20w17a (Under "Block storage") and newer. The crash will still occur even with new assets that some users have been releasing and requires an update to the world importer that will come with 1.2.7. 

Today's Java snapshot changed redstone wire in a way which I think it already behaves on Bedrock.
Lemme get this straight...they decide Javas redstone sucks and make it more like Bedrock?? Um...wat.
Whatever. The changes aren't bad, will allow for some new things, but could break old things.
And like I said, I only think Bedrock already acts this way, I'm not sure.

Hey guys. I didn't want to make this status update but after recent events I feel I have no other choice.
The user on the forums known as @Ethaniel recently posted this message on Sticky and I's public Discord server. Fair warning, it may be disturbing to some of you.

Ethaniel, the man with the most rep on the forums, has just admitted to only using the program for fun. To be so selfish and vile as to put his own enjoyment over the entertainment of the community. I am wholly and utterly disgusted. I once called this man my friend, and I'm heartbroken that it's come to this. I'm cutting all ties with him, and I suggest you all do the same.
If you see him anywhere, block and report him immediately. All this man knows is the suffering of others, and he relishes in it. Cut him out of your life before it's too late. Spread the word. Let everyone know how evil this man really is, so we can finally take down the greatest scourge upon the Mine-imator community: those who only use the program because they enjoy it. Let it be known that we will no longer allow anyone in this community to post absolutely anything if they don't plan on improving themselves, creatively and morally.
That is all. I just hope we can move past this to grow into a better, stronger community in the near future.

I've just updated Cursed Creepers Packs 1, 2 and 3, for consistency and to fix a couple of bugs that were presented when importing certain Creepers into MI 1.2.6.

just a small question to the forums, how does a new user do a status update? i have a friend who's trying to make a status update but he can't do it even if he enabled the option to do it

Controversial Minecraft opinion: They should change the tool upgrade system to be the way it is with the smithing table in today's  snapshot. You put in a diamond tool/armor with netherite ingot to get netherite tool/armor.
I kinda wish it was that way from the beginning of survival. Except for the wood sword, it would be stone sword  + iron ingot =  iron sword, and so on.
That means you'd have to go through gold tools to get to diamond, which would add a reason to get them in the first place(other than for piglin protection, i guess)
Anyway, just an idea I thought was interesting.

With myself as Forums President I will do many things to improve the forums and bring the forums back to it's golden age!
- Bring back the fourm chat. No need for Discord. 
- Reignite the love for the neglected Roleplay section. 
- Make a welcoming environment for new members. 
- Use downvotes in meaningful and helpful ways.
