looks nice! and to explain the quote, the reason why it would say buffalo LRV is because the model itself is used in the Buffalo, NY area. As for the NFTA part, is mostly because of the foundation it runs for hence why it would have that name. Hope this helps! Most trains named after the manufacturer/builder or by the operator/owner or even both, like the model I made previously the TTC UTDC ICTS Mk.1; consist of operator, manufacturer, designation/model number.

I found a technical document about this train and it says NFTA LRV.
Well, I'm gonna name it "TCC NFTA LRV"
