Ok so this is sort of a discussion, and it can go either way, some may agreed, while some may disagree.
But i think this is a topic worth discussing about (for me atleast).
So here we go,

i think Mine-Imator has the worst animation community.
why?
no, it's not because the animation suck
no, it's not because the lighting suck
and no, it's not because the moment suck
I think some of those aspect were cool,

i'm talking about the story. So many MI creator flex on how cool
their visual is because it's made in a simple program, and i'm not saying it's bad to show
how capable the program is to make beautiful stuff, i think it still deserve some attention.
So many creator ask, "how can we make the best looking stuff in MI?"
rather than, " hey, how can we make a good films with actual story in MI?"
there's so many cool looking stuff, but yet we don't use any of them to create memorable films with story.
and so many of the example of animated "story based" films, is just MGB and pretty much ripoff of
what i would say good animated story films "Reality". eventhough Reality has some hiccups in the story,
every fight feels memorable because it has story, it has meaning, and that's what makes Reality
fight scenes soo memorable, rather than other example of Reality inspired stuff where they just want
the cool stuff instead of making a story out of it, and it doesn't work like that.
Other example like Ironwave Studios, created breathtaking visual with character and story, and it came out great.
That's why i created the Tiny Head Adventure Series, i wanted to create something that
people rarely see, a Mine-imator animated content with great story and character. my last attempt
was The Lost Bunny series, which is me when i had the same mentality like other MI creator out there "Visual first, Story secondary." which ended up in complete disaster, resulting in me losing motivation and just give up on the project, and i refused to make the same mistake again in Tiny Head Adventure. this time i had vision on where i want to go with the series after i learn much more about writing and story telling, and there's a lot more depth to creating a great story, and i'm actually much more happier creating Tiny Head Adventure rather than The Lost Bunny.
this is just an opinion and i know people don't have the same opinion as me, so
what do you think?
 

Hey guys. It's me, Philip. I haven't been around on the forums that much anymore due to me feeling like utter crap and having to keep my diabetes in check so I don't die. 

Merry Late Christmas. Sorry to the people that like seeing me around. I've been meaning to work on a lot of stuff like more rigs, wallpapers, etc, but life just isn't going the way I had hoped.

 I'm trying to be more active, but it's hard with school and having to make sure I don't die in my sleep. My diabetes is really screwing a lot up, so I haven't had the motivation to do anything, not even talk to family. 

Anyway, it's late and I still feel like crap, so I'm gonna try to get some sleep. Goodnight everyone.

A lot of these things apply to Mineimator as well. Especially the rim lights in dark scenes. 
 

Y'all need to chill about the whole rep thing. Dislike what you dislike, like what you like, use your "up-rep" and "down-rep" in moderation, and if someone gets mad about it, don't even respond. It isn't worth arguing about. Same goes for if someone just doesn't get what you're trying to tell them. Make your point if necessary and then move on. You people are overreacting to all of this.

Okay okay okay I've been making a lot of status updates about amateurs on the forums so I might as well slap this one on.
"Hate" is defined as different things nowadays, which means a lot more can be passed off as such. Criticism is not hate. If someone does not like something you made, don't tell yourself "Nahh they're just hatin'." Well, all hate is based off of something. Just like all exaggeration is based on truth. If someone doesn't like what you made, find out why. Otherwise you'll never improve yourself.
And also be careful of who's giving the criticism. Nowadays on the forums I see a lot of new people telling other new people that what they made was good, when it really wasn't, and neither is the content they make. If people who don't know what they're doing either tell you you're doing just fine, it's not reliable and will not improve you whatsoever. And to the other side of it: don't tell people what's good when you have negative reputation for what you've been making. Of course, be confident in yourself, but also don't ignored people with legitimate criticisms.

So, this is kinda painful for me but Im going to be absent from everywhere for about a month guys. Thats right, about a month. Why? Im going to get a surgery for my ear. In case you didnt know, im actaully deaf and im willing to put my life on the line. I mean, all these time, 16 years old guy who isnt here on earth for that long. Ever since, i was just communicating with notebook and a pen.
