Well basically, Tapcode Shine allows you to create your own custom realistic shine for example here is my sample that I did with this plugin.

Your wallpaper's like opening a Christmas present. The build up and excitement and you think you cannot live without it and......then it's just normal. Your wallpaper IS good. But, really the only shade or effect is the light ray glow.
I suggest maybe adding birds? or something? to tell a story. To be blunt it's kinda bland? I am really not trying to undermine your wallpaper AT ALL. I don't MAKE good wallpapers, but I know WHAT makes a good wallpaper so I pass these on to you
