  1. I would just like to say that the shape of a pasta noodle does in fact greatly effect how it tastes. Not only is the texture of the food important, but every type of noodle can only handle specific sauces without getting mushy or ruining the intended taste. For example if you were to put cheddar cheese sauce on a butter noodle then the butter noodle would get very mushy and taste horrible in your mouth. Also all noodles cook differently depending on their shape meaning that no noodle cooked right will taste the exact same as the next one. If you don't believe in what I'm saying then try making spaghetti with Alfredo Sauce and see what happens. Or you can make normal spaghetti and normal penne pasta with the same sauce as the spaghetti and compare flavors, both cooked and prepared correctly only they both taste different. Why would that be? Oh yeah, because they're DIFFERENT NOODLES.
