I use laptop, could ya make the interface the same size like 1.0.6 and CB's interfaces and make the upcoming 1.13 ( i think) not laggy? please so for the lower people who dont have a computer of their own, computer but not strong. thanks

The interface is sized differently due to GameMaker changing how it scales games on windows, which can't be changed from what I've seen so far. As far as David and I are aware of, Mine-imator 1.1 runs as fast as it can, even with new optimization methods that have been put in place. Try closing out of some others programs you have up.
